We are now looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. Together, we ensure CM.com consistently attracts and retains world-class (AI) talent.

What you will do

This is not a traditional corporate recruitment role. At CM.com, recruitment touches everything related to attracting talent: from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding and employer branding, event management and recruitment automation (AI).

From day one, we’ll welcome you as a fully integrated member of the team. We divide work based on strengths and preferences, we challenge and support each other where needed.

Dennis and Steven are energetic and goal-oriented. We approach challenges with a practical and efficient mindset. Communication in our team is open and honest. There’s no hierarchy here, and we say things as they are, without overthinking or sugarcoating. We prefer straight-up, honest communication over diplomacy, and we focus on getting things done.

At the same time, we see plenty of opportunities beyond the day-to-day such as building creative referral programs, organizing the CM recruitment event, process optimization, and delivering recruitment trainings. Someone with strong project management skills and a more structured, analytical profile would be a valuable addition to our team.

Next to that, recruitment is changing rapidly, and while we already leverage AI, there is still significant untapped potential in automation and AI Agents. A new team member who could bring an even greater automation mindset would help us push this forward!

Our strategy focuses on three critical roles for the future:

  • AI Consultants

  • AI Sales Professionals

  • AI-native Software Engineers working with AI coding agents

In addition, you ensure that urgent hiring needs across the business are filled quickly and effectively. This can range from Product Managers and Finance roles to HR colleagues and even operational roles like chefs for our in-house bistro team.

You will do this not only for our headquarters, but for teams across the globe.

In our first 12 months, we will:

  • Build an even stronger campus recruitment strategy

  • Strengthen partnerships with universities and AI-focused education programs

  • Create opportunities for students to contribute during their studies

  • Design clear growth paths from student → trainee → professional

  • Advise leadership teams on strategic workforce planning

  • Challenge candidates and create a high-quality hiring experience

  • Experience and a strong passion for recruitment, we’re open to meeting candidates of any experience level;

  • A natural curiosity about people and what drives them, combined with fair, objective hiring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re a relationship-builder

  • The ability to collaborate across teams, including HR, leadership and hiring managers throughout the organization globally

  • A strong drive to continuously improve yourself, while actively sharing knowledge with others

  • A genuine interest in how AI is transforming work and organizations

  • Experience with project management and process optimization is a strong plus
